This symposium was hosted by Optibrium and Collaborative Drug Discovery with presentations by Peter Monecke (Sanofi) and Lizbé Koekemoer (The Structural Genomics Consortium), demonstrations by Tamsin Mansley (Optibrium) and Charlie Weatherall (CDD), and concluding with a Round-table discussion on the next frontiers of drug discovery informatics, with Matt Segall (Optibrium) and Barry Bunin (CDD) .

Advances in informatics technology are inspiring a new generation of innovative products that streamline and enhance the efficiency and productivity of drug discovery software. The second symposium, organised by Optibrium and Collaborative Drug Discovery, brought together speakers at the forefront of drug research and development, and demonstrations of cutting-edge technologies for small molecule design, optimisation and data-analysis.
